3. Program Manager Dashboard Basics

Your Sayge subscription includes access to the Sayge Program Manager Dashboard - your key to tracking program and contract usage and progress. When you first sign in, you'll see a number of tabs on the left side of the page. Each tab has a separate, specific purpose:

  • Overview: Provides high-level information about your program at-a-glance, including contract and participant status, contract start and end dates, session utilization and remaining available sesions, 360 reviews, etc.
  • Participants: Gives more in-depth tools to track individual coaching participants' progress, status, and help you take action to optimize their experience.
  • Reports: (not available in some accounts): Find copies of quarterly success reports that your Sayge Coaching Consultant creates during your engagement.
  • Documents: Helpful program documents to review, download, and share with your team (like our Internal Communications Guide).
  • Requests: View and action your participants' coaching requests and extensions.
  • Settings: Find your personal information (name and email) and change your admin password.
  • Contact Us: Contact Sayge customer support.
