Add and Invite Coaching Participants

Adding a coaching participant to your coaching program automatically sends an invite to their email inbox. The link in that invite will help them sign in, take their coach matching survey, and start their coaching journey.

Adding Participants

  1. Sign in to your Program Manager dashboard (https://app.hellosayge.com)
  2. Select the Participants tab on the left side of the screen
  3. Select the New Participant button in the upper-right corner


  4. Fill in the participant's Name, Email Address, the number of coaching sessions you're assigning, and the Cohort you're assigning them to, then select Add Participant

After your new participant has been added, you'll see a message confirming their addition on the Participants page. Continue this process to add as many participants as you need to add.

Leave the box marked "Send invite..." checked to automatically send invitations and start the coaching process for your participants as soon as they're added. If you don't want to invite them right away, uncheck that box and follow the steps below to invite them later.

Inviting Participants

On the Participants page, place your cursor over the three black dots to the right of any participant and select Send Matching Questionnaire to invite them.

Each newly invited participant receives an email inviting them to the Sayge Coaching Experience with a link to fill out the survey we'll use to match them to their ideal coach and a description of next steps.
