Feedback and Reporting

Throughout your coaching engagement, we will send a few surveys to glean data and feedback about your coaching and progress. We want you to know up front that everything you say in your surveys is confidential and will only be used for data collection purposes. 

And these surveys are incredibly important! They are the only way that we can track your growth and what you are working on with your coach, and that coaching is providing value to your employer.

Again, all data collected will be aggregated and reported to your employer and your identity will never be shared alongside your answers. Please be as thorough and honest as possible!
