Your Commitment To Coaching
Coaching is a relationship; it’s a partnership. So, what do we ask of you in this relationship?
- About 2 hours each month. By opting in for a Sayge coaching engagement, you’re agreeing to the engagement timeline (3 months for 6 sessions or 6 months for 12 sessions), meaning that you will have 2 45-minute sessions each month. We build in a little wiggle room to account for vacations, holidays, etc, but we expect you to complete your sessions within the engagement timeline.
- Adherence to our cancellation policy. To protect our coaches’ time, we ask that you give more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours hours will cause a forfeit; you will lose that session as we pay your coach for their time.
- Special Circumstances: Emergencies happen, and if you have an emergency and need to cancel within the 12 hours of your scheduled session, please let your coach know.
- Schedule Cadence: The Sayge model is to utilize 2 sessions a month with your coach, typically bi-weekly sessions. Please stick to this cadence so that you don’t fall behind! If you do have to reschedule, always aim to complete 2 sessions in a month.
- Hot Tip: Schedule all of your sessions with your coach during your first session. This way you won’t have to think about scheduling your next session, it will already be on your calendar!
Giving us feedback.
The Sayge team will send 2 short surveys over the course of a 3 month engagement (3 for a 6 month engagement) and we ask that you respond to those surveys. Your company is investing in you and you’re investing your time. Your feedback is the only way that we know how your coaching went, how we can improve, and it’s the only way that your company knows whether or not Sayge coaching is a good use of resources! Remember, your feedback is always anonymized and aggregated before being presented to your company.
