Track Program Progress on the Contract Overview Tab
The Overview tab of your Program Manager dashboard includes all the details you need as Program Manager to ensure a healthy coaching program and make sure you get the absolute most value out of your partnership with Sayge.
Timeline
At the top of the page, you'll see a timeline of your current contract with Sayge that will progress as the contract moves forward. This timeline is divided into 5 sections:
- Program Launch - At this point, you should be distributing coaching sessions to coaching participants and getting them kicked off.
- Coaching Journey - Participants have started coaching and are currently completing sessions with their coaches.
- Last Call - The "last call" to distribute remaining available sessions in your contract to new coaching participants (the last 60 days of your contract's service period).
- Extensions and Review - At this point you should be distributing any remaining sessions as extensions to already-active participants, and reviewing Growth Insights Report data from your completed participants.
- Grace Period - Your contract has ended, and any remaining active participants have 60 days (from the contract's end-date) to complete any remaining sessions they have with their coach.
Program Health
The Program Health section of your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance estimation of your Sayge Coaching Program's health. This score is based on a number of factors included in the details section:
- Session Usage - The amount of sessions being used on a monthly basis, based on how many active participants you have signed up.
- Available Sessions - The number of sessions still available in your current contract.
- Survey Response Rate - The amount of surveys collected, based on how many participants are eligible for those surveys.
- Participant Status - The average status of your participants (at-risk or inactive participants will bring this score down).
Session Usage
The Session Usage section provides a month-by-month overview of the number of coaching sessions completed by your participants in your current contract.
Survey Response Rate
Shows the average response rate across all deliverable surveys and self-assessments during your coaching program, broken down at the bottom by completed/delivered Matching Assessments, Check-In Surveys, and Post-Coaching Self-Assessments.
Available Sessions
Gives a summary of available sessions for you to distribute to new or continuing coaching participants, along with the total number of sessions purchased in your current year's contract.
Participant Status
Gives a visual breakdown of current statuses of your participants so that you can easily assess how many are on-track, delayed, at risk, or unresponsive.
Insights
Collects basic satisfaction insights collected in Check-In Surveys, including how satisfied your participants are with the coaches they've been matched with, as well as how satisfied they are with coaching overall.
