Add or Remove Sessions for a Participant
There may be instances where you want to add or reduce sessions for a specific participant during their coaching engagement. For example, someone may ask for more sessions at the mid-point of their engagement, or someone may not be able to continue for some reason and you may want to reduce their remaining session allowance to 0. Sessions removed from a participant's balance will go back into your overall pool of sessions to distribute to other participants (so long as there's time left in your contract to distribute them). Follow these steps to add or remove sessions for active coaching participants:
- Sign in to the Sayge Program Manager Dashboard
- Select the Participants tab
- Search for or locate the participant whose session count needs to be updated
- Hover over or select the overflow menu (three dots) next to their name on the page, then select Edit Sessions
- Select the + or - button to add or subtract sessions from their session balance (some confirmation text will appear to tell you the number of sessions remaining for your participant after your changes are made)
- Select Confirm to complete your adjustments
