View Growth Insights for Your Coaching Program

Sayge's Growth Insights Reports offer direct insights into the impact of coaching at your organization. These reports are powered by the End of Engagement surveys that your participants fill out at the end of each coaching engagement they go through. Reports are generated by our team and shared to your dashboard as soon as enough data is available, or upon your request.
Here's how the process works:
- An initial group of participants is onboarded for coaching, and are matched with their respective coaches based on the initial Matching Survey they fill out.
- Before their last session with their coach, we send them an End Of Engagement survey with many of the same questions listed in the Matching survey. This survey is meant to serve as a self-reflection, giving participants time, space, and prompting to think about how they've grown and improved over the course of their coaching journey.
- Responses to End of Engagement surveys are collected and compared to responses received in Matching surveys to highlight areas of growth, common coaching topics, and other important data from your Sayge engagement.
- A minimum of ten (10) individual survey responses are required in order for us to build these reports while ensuring anonymity on each participant's behalf.
At the top of the report is some basic information about the group analyzed, including the number of months that participants were in coaching, the amount of participants whose insights are included, and the number of coaching sessions delivered to the group.
Below, you'll find the Impact section, where you'll see the highest-impact improvements made throughout coaching sessions. These are your participants' strongest gains (and, sometimes, your biggest opportunities for continued employee engagement).
At the bottom, you'll see a few more Insights and Advantages, including Engagement, where you can see how happy your participants were with the coaches they were matched with, as well as their feelings of progress and satisfaction with the program. Depending on your results, different metrics may appear in these sections. You may also see Key Areas Improved by Coaching, representing more broad categories of growth impact than the Impact items listed above.
