Respond to Extension Requests

What is an Extension Request?

When your employee participants have finished a certain amount of sessions, they'll see the option to request more sessions with their coach in their participant portal. When a participant selects this option, we'll ask them how many more sessions they'd like, and for a little context on their request. That request is then sent to you via an email notification and can be approved, modified, or denied in your Program Manager Portal.

How do I approve extension requests?

Any extension requests you receive are captured in your portal. To view your requests:

  1. Sign in to your Program Manager Portal at app.hellosayge.com
  2. If there are active requests to be responded to, you'll see the number of requests listed next to the button for the "Requests" tab in the menu on the left side of the page
  3. Select Requests to review all active requests from your program participants

From the Requests tab, you can approve, modify, or deny a request for additional coaching.

Approve: Select "Approve" to immediately approve the request. The requested sessions will be automatically added to your participant's allotted sessions, both the participant and their coach will be notified via email that their request has been approved.

Modify: If you need to increase or decrease the amount of sessions included in the extension, select "Modify". You can increase or decrease the session count and include a note to the participant to let them know how and why you've modified their request. Hitting "Submit" immediately approves the modified request and sends an email notification of approval to the participant and coach. The notification sent to your participant will include anything you add in the "Additional information" field.

Deny: Select "Deny" to deny the request. A notification will be sent to the participant notifying them of the denial.
