Track Program Progress on the Overview Tab

The Overview tab of your Program Manager dashboard includes the details of your program contract, session utilization, and high-level program utilization details.

  1. At the top of the page, you'll see the start and end dates of your program's contract.
  2. Under Contract Sessions, you'll see the total amount of sessions and services you've purchased in your contract (including Standard Coaching Sessions, Executive Coaching Sessions, 360 Review Sessions, etc.).
  3. Under Session Usage you'll see the total number of coaching sessions you've purchased broken down by usage. Allocated Sessions are sessions that have already been distributed to active coaching participants, while the count of Available Sessions keeps track of the number of sessions still available to be distributed to current or future participants.
  4. Under the Participants section of the page you'll see a summary of progress, broken down by cohort (you can select different cohorts at the top of the tab to see details for that specific group of participants).
  5. The Stage breakdown shows the amount of cohort participants currently in a specific stage of the coaching journey.
  6. The Progress Status section displays a breakdown of participants who have been invited and matched with a coach by their coaching status.
  7. The Surveys sections provides a percentage breakdown of participants who are eligible to fill out a certain journey survey against those who have actually filled it out. For example, in the screenshot above we can see that one of the two invited employees (50%) has completed their matching questionnaire.

If more than 7 participants have filled out their 2nd session survey, you'll also see a summary of results for the check-in questions we ask around matching satisfaction and coaching progress.
